INTRODUCTION Puget Sound Powez s Light Company, Fuget Power Building, Bellevue, Washington, 98009. and hereinafter referred to as Applicant, has requested approval of a Special Property Use Pecmit for the purpose of rebuilding a Puget Power Substation at 1707 Scenic Drive, Everett, Washington, and on property more particularly described as: That part of the South 300 feet of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 7, Township 28 North, Range 5 East, W.M., lying East of the Pacific Northwest.
