An aggrieved party has filPd a written request for <br />reconsideration to the Hearing Examiner within ten (10) <br />working days of the Hearing Examiner's decision. It is <br />the discretion of the Hearing Examiner to grant or deny <br />reconsideration. The final date foc reconsideration is <br />April 9, 1985. <br />2. Within ten (10) vorking days after the Hearing <br />Examiner's action on the reconsideration, the aggrieved <br />party files a written appeal with the City Clerk's <br />office. <br />If appealed properly, the matter will be submitted to the <br />Eaecett City Council for further consideration. <br />
