There appears to be a broken concrete wall buried in pile locations 32, 33, 34 . The extent of the concrete rubble is unknown. We propose to move the pile alignment towards the house to avoid the buried concrete rubble wall. 2. To minimize the direct costs to the owner we have not included the costs of bonds. Although Versatile Drilling has completed projects like this in excess of S300,000.00 we have never needed bonding. Wa would be willing to obtain the bonding if required. The costs for bonding is to be paid for by the owner. 3. Our lump sum price is based on receiving a letter of intent from the owner so pile.:soctions can be ordered directly from the mill.
