Garage Plan does, not show sufficient detail to complete plan check. <br />Indicate header size, species and grade. <br />2. 2 x 12 at 24' D.C. will not support deck load. <br />3. 6 x 12 D.F. s2 atgarageoverstressed. <br />4. Roof framing plan does not indicate adequate support for roof <br />structure. Provide detail(s) of connections and supporting members. <br />5. There is no indication of a support for existing roof at half wall <br />between family room and foyer. <br />6. Indicate existing bearing walls supporting existing roof. <br />7. Post shown on roof framing plan between living room and den is not <br />supported to the foundation. <br />B. Ridge beam is not indicated on plans. <br />9. Retaining wall schedule does not meet minimum reinforcement <br />requirements. (See enclosed sheet.) <br />10. "Building Section" on sheet A2 shows existing roof extending 10 feet <br />beyond existing house. <br />11. Rigid insulation l at stairwell to extend up to top of slab to provide <br />thermal break betwenn garage and dwelling. <br />
