Please see <br />the enclosed inspection activity report. Note that the corrections requested at the last inspection <br />involve life safety issues. The Everett Building Code states that all permits expire if the work <br />authorized by the permits is suspended or abandoned for a period of 180 days af1cr the work is <br />commenced. Work under this pcnnit will no longer be authorized unless you: <br />1) Demonstrate continuing progress by requesting inspection of work that has occurred since your <br />last inspection, or <br />2) Request final inspections of the work that is completed, or <br />3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension, dctailingjustiftable cause for extension. <br />Please respond within 10 days. After that tinme your pcnnit file will be sent to our Records <br />Department for c,icrofrlming without documentation of final approval. These records arc available <br />to prospective buyers and lending institutions. If you wish to resume work in the future, a new <br />pcnnit runs( be obtained.
