Work under this pcnnit will no longer be authorized unless you: 1) Demonstrate continuing progress by requesting inspection of work that has occurred since your last inspection, or 2) Request final inspections of the work that is completed, or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension, dctailingjustiftable cause for extension. Please respond within 10 days. After that tinme your pcnnit file will be sent to our Records Department for c,icrofrlming without documentation of final approval. These records arc available to prospective buyers and lending institutions. If you wish to resume work in the future, a new pcnnit runs( be obtained.
