Notices stating the required <br />corrections were l.eft on two separate occasions, at both <br />locations. t7r Robert Comer of your firm was also contacted <br />by phone by Inspector Pittnan of this department on December <br />19, 1975, in reyards to these jobs. <br />The violations and required corrections are'as follows: <br />9504 South 4th I�venue <br />1. The duct work is not insulated as set forth in <br />Section 9619, Table 10-D. <br />4618 Si:ahurst <br />1. Permit must�lie posted on the job. <br />2. IIranch duct joints ar.e required to be secured <br />taith screws. Sectian 1002. <br />3. I'urnace hanger anchors at bottom of joists are <br />pulling out. Secure these hangers to sides of <br />joists to reduce possibility of failure. <br />ns ihese violacions cannot be allo�aed to continue uncorrected <br />we are requesting that they be corrected, and.an inspection <br />rcquested, within 10 days of receipt of tl�is letter. <br />SVe trust compliance will be forthcoming. <br />Yours tru�`�! — <br />� ����� <br />Jamie G.
