I have reviewed the dP^k framing for this change. The deck joisl can be 4x6's @ 24" <br />o.c. <br />Beam sizing is shown on the attached summsry sheet. Foundation load checks show lhe 18"x18" <br />footings are adequate. <br />The beam summary �ayouts have been changed and supporting caiculalions are attached.
