Leigh
4720 Seahurst Avenue
Everett WA 98203
SUBJECT: Building Permit
Dear Mr. Leigh:
This letter is to inform you that all construction and excavations require permits from the
Public Services & Engineering Department.
A permit for the construction of an addition on the above referenced property was
obtained in 1996, but that expired in January of 1999 due to lack of activity (copy of
letter enclosed. Now, it appears that excavation has been done adjacent to the house on
the above referenced property, but no valid permit has been located in this office. All
work must cease until the required permits are obtained. A "Stop Work Order' is
enclosed to document this action.
Information regarding submittal requirements, relevant codes and fees can be obtained by
calling (425) 257-8810 or visiting this office.
We appreciate your cooperation.
VSinercl
tom_
im Tyler
Building Official
cc: City Attorney
Inspection Staff
T7jr. high
CITY OF EVERETT• 3200 Cedar Street • Everett, WA 98201 9 (425) 257-8800 • Fax (425) 257-8856
