WA 9820' <br />RE: EXPIRING PERMITS <br />Job Address: 4720 Seahurst Ave. <br />Permits: C9912-001 (Building, Plumbing, Mechanical for 1 st & 2nd floor additions) <br />E9912-096 (Electrical for additions) <br />(You must reference both permit number and address when calling or writing) <br />According to our records there has been no request for inspection in the last 180 days. Copies of <br />the last inspections showing requested corrections are enclosed. The Uniform Building Code <br />provides that all permits expire by limitation if the work authorized by the permit is suspended or <br />abandoned at any time after work is commenced for a period of 180 days. If you wish to prevent <br />the permits from expiring without documentation of completion, you may: <br />1) Request inspections of work that has occurred, to document continuing progress, <br />or 2) Request Final inspections of the work that is completed, <br />or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension. <br />Please provide the permit number when requesting inspections or extensions. Please respond <br />within 10 days. After that time the file will be sent to our Records Department for microfilming <br />without final approval.
