This wall <br />must be designed <br />for vehicle surcharge. Indicate size and <br />spacing of all <br />reinforcing steel and anchor bolt. Show how <br />below grade wall <br />' <br />is insulated to the MW R-19 required. <br />C. Wall between crawl space and basement. Show reinforcing <br />steel. If there is unbalanced backf ill exceeding 3'6", <br />engineering calculations by a licensed Washington State <br />Structural Engineer are required. Show construction of cripple <br />wall (if applicable) and insulation requirements. <br />\' <br />1�� 2. Regardless of the occupant load, there shall be a floor of landing <br />on each side of a door. Landings shall have a width not less than <br />the width of the door.
