A building permit was issued by the City of Everett Building <br /> 'f 2 Department to Darla Thies and Terry Kopczynski for the construction of a I <br /> , c. i k <br /> � 3 single family residence at 4904 Seahurst Avenue. According to an order <br /> 4 issued by the Board of Adjustment dated Novenber 6, 1986, the building was <br /> 5 to be situate� on the lot so that it met a minimum 10 foot setback from the <br /> 6 front property line. (See '1 ' on Exliibit A •�vhich is attached hereto and <br /> 7 incorporated herein by reference. ) This means that the distance hetween the <br /> 8 east side of the structure being constructed and Ms. Holt's rear property <br /> 9 line must be a minimum of 10 feet. As part of the short subdivision <br /> 10 approval , there was to be established a building setback line on the I <br /> 11 westerly portion of Kopc:.ynski 's lot along and coincident with the top of <br /> 1?. the bank. (See '2' on Exhibit A. ) There was to be a minimum of 60 feet <br /> 13 between the rear property line of P:s. Holt's property and the buildinq <br /> 14 setback line located on Kopczynski 's lot. <br /> 15 4. I have measured the proper�y at 4904 Seahurst Avenue to insure <br /> 16 its compliance with City of Everett requirements and have found the <br /> 17 following: <br /> 18 <br /> A. There is approximately 68 feet between the top of the bank <br /> 1g and Ms. Holt's rear property line. (See '3' on <br /> Exhibit A. 1 The building setback line angles away fron <br /> 2p Ms. Holt's rear property line and I measured at the point <br /> closest to her property; <br /> 21 <br /> B. The westerly-most portion of the house being constructed is <br /> 22 approximately 54 feet away from Ms. Holt's rear property <br /> line. (See '4' on Exhibit A. ) ; <br /> 23 <br /> C. The roof line of tlie Kopczynski house on the westerly side <br /> 24 is approximately 59 feet away from Ms. Nolt's property <br /> line.
