<br /> oL-hcrwise, br the continued use and eitjoymenC of ti�e

<br /> material, supplies, labor, services, mair.tenance, repaira,

<br /> from the adverae impacta Lrom soils movement viithin or

<br /> or cause of action relaL-ed L-o any loss or damage to people or
<br /> property eiCher on or off the Prooerty resulting Lrom soils
<br /> movement by reason of or arieing ouL- of iasuance of the
<br /> Fcrmit (s) by L-he City tor development on the ProperL-y and
<br /> agrees to indemnify (including reasonabl.e al-torney' s £ees)
<br /> and hold the City, its oEEicery, employees and agents
<br /> liarmle�s from any claim(s) or causes o£ action relaCed to any
<br /> loss or damage L-o people or property either on or oLf the
<br /> Property resuZCing from soils movement by reason oL or
<br /> ari�ing ouL- of issuance of ttte Permit (s) �or development on
<br /> �he ProperCy; Prov.ided, noth.ing herein shall require the
