The site plan must show the bcation of survey control <br /> monuments on the common properry line between your property and 5002 Seahurst. <br /> t/ 2) Geological Assessment Letter—According to City's Critical Areas map, the property contains <br /> a geologically hazardous s[cep sbpe (Landslide Nazard area—'High Risk'). All development <br /> within 200 feet of areas dassified as geologically hazardous is required to complete a <br /> geological assessinent under EMC Chapter 19.37.080.F in the City's critical area regulations. <br /> The assessment may be in the (onn o(a letter(rom a geologist or soils engineer. <br /> l/3) Stcep Slope Covenant and Agreement—Please provide a signed covenant and agreement <br /> using [he attached forms.
