Additional revisions or additions may be <br />required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br />(2006 International Building Code,) (2006 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br />State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2006 Edition, and adopted by the <br />City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide <br />the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the corrections <br />requested. <br />1. New constriction requires I1-21 insulation. Provide 2 x 6 construction on 24' <br />long wall (short walls may be 2 x 4 constriction). <br />2. Provide 110 volt smoke alarms per Section R313 IRC; show requirements on <br />plans. <br />3. All new windows to be U-0.35 or less; show on plans. <br />4. Specify moisture barrier and siding on section view. <br />5. Provide approved metal strap fiont existing top plate to new wall; show on plans. <br />6. The "attic truss" shown does not match the pitch specified. The "trusses" shown <br />appear to be a much lower pitch. <br />7.
