(Zoning Ordinance) for permiss- <br /> ion to waive the mininum lot size and to r.emodel and <br /> utilize an existing second siagle family dcaelling on <br /> the rear of the subject property for living quarters <br /> '- on the following described property: <br /> Lots 3, 4, at:d 5 , Block 6, Plat of Lowell <br /> Division "A" (9406 3rd Street) . <br /> There were no objections from the audience on bir. Dickson 's <br /> request. <br /> It was moved by Mr. Ingram, seconded by Mr. Dickson <br /> and unanimously carried to grant the request of Mr. <br /> Dickson for t:�e following reasons and stipulations : <br /> 1. The re:,idence is of substantial constructio,. <br /> and no additions or structural changes will be <br /> made. <br /> 2. There is a hardship that exists for Mr. Dickson <br /> in trying to find adequate housing for his elderly <br /> in-laws . <br /> 3. Other prot�erties in the same area are being used <br /> in a similar manner. ' <br /> 4. That the subject property owned by Mr. Dicl:son <br /> be occupied only by his immediate family . <br /> 5.
