Loter, we moved another house onto the property, known as 5204
Seahurst. Nithin the past two years, both houses have been sold, and we stil own
the east portion of the lot.
In the meantime, the lot has been surrounded by numerous duplexes and
small - medium-sized houses.
Enclosed you will find two copies of the land plats. The first one illustrales
the Everett Delis development; and locates Lot 22 in that plat. The second drawing
was made by LEE JOHNSON A +SSOCIATES from their survey of the property. It
illustrates on the leff the approximate location of the two houses; and on the right,
which is to the east, that portion of the lot containing 14,590.44 square feet . This
is the portion af the lot that my wife and I now owr.
I hereby request a "variance" on this portion of ihe lot lo allow it to be two-
R-2 lots, which, i understand, require 7,500 square feet apiece. It would be my
intent to divide the lots in equal square footages; that is, 7,295 square feeP each.
Sewer connections are readily available on the street which has the dire.ction in
"17i3'20" W"
This property is now uncleared; and, to wme people, may be a nuisance in
an area which is scheduled to be a fairly highly densely-populated area. I would
plan on selling the property as soon as practicable; and eliminate this uncleared area.
Would you please let me know if a variance such as this is allowable, or
what other alternatives I may have.
Very truly yours,
;-
,/ i,.
