Robert Webb has proposed and :nceived prelimir.ary approval for an eight lot short plat off Seahurst Avenue. The project will require the extension of a public sewer main which will serve oth�.r residents on Seahurst that are presendy served by septic systems. The new sewer main will not only allow the existing residents to connect to the public sewer system, but provide the opportunity for fiuther development o`their property. All affected property owners have been contacted by certified mail of the proposed latecomers agreement. While a number of property owners contacted Mr. Webb's engineer for additional information, it appeazs the proposed sewer has azea support. None of the affected property owners required a public hearing. The ind:vidual residential latecomers fee will be�2.206.31. 657
