E M NT- W.4T R& C i�'ER <br /> Moved by Councilmember Pope, seconded by Councilmember Campbell to <br /> nuthorize the Mayor to eoter into a latecomer agreement with Robert Webb <br /> for sewer and water service. <br /> Robert Webb has proposed and :nceived prelimir.ary approval for an eight lot <br /> short plat off Seahurst Avenue. The project will require the extension of a public <br /> sewer main which will serve oth�.r residents on Seahurst that are presendy served <br /> by septic systems. The new sewer main will not only allow the existing residents <br /> to connect to the public sewer system, but provide the opportunity for fiuther <br /> development o`their property. <br /> All affected property owners have been contacted by certified mail of the <br /> proposed latecomers agreement. While a number of property owners contacted <br /> Mr. Webb's engineer for additional information, it appeazs the proposed sewer <br /> has azea support. None of the affected property owners required a public hearing. <br /> The ind:vidual residential latecomers fee will be�2.206.31. <br /> 657 <br />
