In the event that the Snohomish Health District determines that
the on-site sewage system is no longer acceptable within said ten years, the property shall be
connected.
Almost all ef the homeowners that we have contacted to require sewer hook up have asked for the
waiver. Most of them site zconomic hardship as their reason for not connecting.
I would like your assistance monitoring these homes. I have attached a list of those customers
requesting waivers. Would you please check through the list and see if you have any necord of
problems with the drain field system for these properties.
If we find that a waiver is acceptable, then would it be possible fr these pazcels to be "8agged" so
if a problem arises with the drain field we can be notified?
Your help on this matter would be gready appreciated.
Sincerely,
`'Y
rooks
Pemvt Services Manager
Cc: Alan Locke.
