The project will require the extension of a public sewer main which will serve other residents on <br /> Seahurst that aze presently served by septic systems. The new sewer main will not only allow the existing <br /> residents to connect to the public sewer system, but provide the opportunity for further development of their <br /> property. <br /> All affected property owners have been contacted by certi&ed mail of the proposed latecomers agreement. <br /> While a number of property owners contacted Mr. Webb's engineer for additional information, it appears the <br /> proposed sewer has area support. None of the affected property owners requested a public hearing.
