6 <br /> 8. That the provision herein for reimbursement relates to costs of the Udiity <br /> only. No reimbursement shall be made to Owner for the cost of local lines serving <br /> only his property. <br /> 9. The City shall never be liabie under this Agreement or otherwise to pay <br /> any of the costs of the Utiliry referred to herein. Owner agrers to release and waive <br /> any claims for any liability of the City in establishment and enforcement of this <br /> Agreement. The City's function herein is simply to compute and receive the latecomer <br /> fees and to transmit the same to the Owner; all such fees shall be paid without <br /> computation of any interest; fees of less than S25 need not be collected or transmitted. <br /> The City shall pzy the Owner the sum agreed by it to be collected <br /> pursuant to the provis.ons of the preceding pangraph, within sixty (60) days after <br /> receipt thereof at the zddress of [he Owner as set forth hereinafter or at such � '�^r <br /> addresses as the Owner shall provide by certified mail. <br /> The City shall not be responsible for locating any beneficiary or survivcr <br /> entided to benefits by or through the Agreement and any collected funds unclaimed by <br /> Owner after three years from the expiration of the Agreement may be returned to <br /> parties making payment to the City.
