WATER& SF\�'FR Moved by Councilmember Pope, seconded by Councilmember Campbell to authorize the Mayor to enter into a latecomer agreement with Robert Webb for sewer and water service. Robzrt Webb has proposed and received preliminary approval for an eight lot shoR plat off Seahurst Avenue. The project will require the extension of a public sewer main which will serve other residents on Seahurst that are presendy served by septic systems. The new sewer main will not only allow the existing residents to connect to the public sewer system, but provide the oppommity for further development of their properry. All affected property owners have been contacted by certified mail of the proposed latecomers agreement. While a number of property owners contacted Mr. Webb's engineer for additional information, it appeazs the proposed sewer has azea support. None of the affected property owners required a public hearing. The individual residential latecomers fee will be $2.20631. 6�7
