f I <br /> 4905 Seaview Way <br /> Electrical Inspection Dec 18, 2002 <br /> These are items that did not appear on the Nylander report <br /> • Closet light must meet National Electrical Code 410-8 type of light and <br /> clearance to shelf <br /> . #6 NMB wire has 100-amp breaker, wire is reted 55 amps at 60 degrees <br /> C. <br /> • Water bond to ne ver panel needs to be continuous and #4 copper wire <br /> • Old panel enclosure must be grounded, needs Romex connectors and <br /> knock out seals <br /> • An inspection is needed of all ground connections in all receptacles and <br /> lighting junction boxes. Wire nuts or crimp sleeves are required <br /> • Junctions boxes must be within �/a" of the wall finish. Extensfons are <br /> needed <br /> • Ground light switches <br /> • Sub panel needs to Float neutral and add ground buss for equipment <br /> grounds <br /> • Sub panel has 30-amp breaker on #12 wire. 20 amp is max allowed <br /> • Wall between mew and old 200 amp panel must be opened for inspection <br /> • An insulation resistance test [megger] is required by an electrical <br /> contractor with findings on company letterhead <br /> • Panel is not allowed in closet and requires working clearance <br /> A� electrical permit is needed for these corrections and an inspection before any <br /> work is covered. <br />
