INFORMATION FOR DEVELOPER: <br /> 1. Detailed drawings in aecordance with City desig� and construction <br /> standarda shall be submitted to the Public Works Department showing <br /> aite parklttg layout, landscaping, utilities, storm drainage� temporary <br /> construction erosion control, and all required improeements in the <br /> public right-of-vay. Public Korks Department approval of theee <br /> drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. All <br /> Smprovements shall be completed, approvad, and warranted before the <br /> Occupancy Permit is issued. <br /> 2• City streets anG alleys are to be kept clear of dirt antl debris at all <br /> Limes during construction. Duat suppression and atreet eleaning muat <br /> occur as directed by the Public Norks Inspector. <br /> 3• Performance guarantees are required for the sidewalk to be construction <br /> and Lhe landscaping. <br /> 4• A one-year guarantee is required on the public sidewalk and site <br /> landscaping for an amount not less than 10� of the cost of const^uction <br /> and shall run for ane year from the date of final approval/issuance of <br /> the first Oceupancy permit for the pro,ject (note one). <br /> 5. p txo-year guarantee is required for private :etention/detention or <br /> other drainage treatment/abatement facilities serving areas larger than <br /> one acre. <br /> 6• n permit snd SEPA review will be required for the destination of the <br /> fill. <br /> 7• The Departmant. of Fisheries submitted recommendations on specific <br /> mitigation measures including the following: <br /> a) Grading and clearing activities should be conducted during the <br /> summer dry season to minimlze sedimentation problems. <br /> b) Water quality degradatiun cou:d be minimized by .utilizing grass <br /> lined swales rather thar. culverta for storm water conveyanee. <br /> Vegetated sxales can effectively filter heavy metals, silt and <br /> petroleum products from storm xater. <br /> c. Direct discharges of storm water into this channel should be <br /> discouraged. An alternative may be to have an armored outfall at <br /> the toe of the rockery and allox the runoff to filter through the <br /> 25-foot setback area. <br /> Specific mitigation measures may be required during the hyaraulic <br /> pro,ject approval process through the Department of Game. <br /> 1076F <br />
