Some plan <br /> revisions are needed for t1�e Public Water Syste�� and Storm Water System. <br /> The major water revfsion resuZts from the City�s inability to stockpile <br /> IO" water pi.pe for maintenance of public water systems. The major <br /> storm water revision is a change from a ZO-year design storm to a <br /> 25-year design storm because of the sensit.ivity of the drainaqe basin. <br /> I have enclosed a revised set of plans for your consideration.
