The second area of concern is further
north downstream where an old roadway crosses the flat land of this
particular parcel . This area should have a culvert placed in and
fill over the culvert. The third item of rework is the placement
of an additional culvert on the second flat spot where a roadway
did exist in order to reach the eastern part of this parcel . Four,
the straw bale location prior to the stream entering into dense
undergrowth requires that additional straw bales be plaed on both
the east and west sides of the existing straw bales to preclude
run off and siltation from the areas to the west and to the east of
the straw bale site. Item number five is for the total hydroseeding
of the areas which have recently been recontoured on this parcel .
It is the intent of the John Fluke Mfg. Co. , Inc to pursue the
corrections as noted ahove at the earliest possihle date denending
upon weather and ability to enter upon the site with vehicle traffic.
If you have any further questions or comments to make upon the work
outlined above, please advise at the earliest possible date.
Respectfully,
JOHN FLUKE MFG.
