CO. - EVGRF.TT CI�MPUS Gentlemen: j As discussed in our meeting Wednesday afternoon, July 25, 1979 , it is extremely important that the building site preparation be completed during the summer months. �� Unless it is completed before the fall ratns the construction of the building may be � seriously delayed. We aapreciate very much the consideration given to this pro- blem by you and the other representatives of the Building and Ena'.neering Depart- ments in our meetings yesterday. In accordance with your advice to us, the City of �verett will issue a building , permit for the construction upon completion and submittal of the butlding design drawings. However, these dra�vings will not be avallable before early September, a date too late to optimistically expect to do the e:ccavation work befor� fail. It is our unc�erstanding that no separate permit is required for clearing and eX rovaliof worl:, but an approval should be secured. We, therefore, request your app our commencing the following work at the earltest possible ciate. 1 . Clear building area and the staging area at the north end of the building. 2, Excacate and fill build{ng site only. 3. Remove peat from southerly swam� area and replace with c.ompacted fill from building excavation for future constructton. p � (L.
