All materials are ozygen caiQatible. <br /> 2.2 SITE LOCATION <br /> The oxygen tank location was revierred on Decembec 1, 1989. Distance <br /> criteria was based on NFPA 50, 1985 Edition, WAC 296-24-32003 for bulk <br /> oxygen systems, and Uniform Eire code, 1988 Edition. 7fie syatem location <br /> meets and exceed9 all distance requirements. <br /> 3.0 Liquid hydrogen is a cryogenic fluid clasaified as a fla�mbble uno=r Article <br /> 75 of the Uniform Fire Code, 1988 Edition. ltie hydrogen system is an <br /> assembly of equipment including a 1,500 gallon storage tank (170,000 scf <br /> N.T.P.), pressure regulators, safety devices, vaporizera, manifold9, vent <br /> stack, remotely actuated shutoff valve, a positive ahutoff exceas flow <br /> valve, a helium based vent stack purge system to extinguiah any fires at the <br /> top of the vent stack, and interconnecting piping. The hydrogen system <br /> terminates at the point where hydrogen at service presaure first enters the <br /> supply line. <br /> 3.1 SPFICIEICATIaNS <br /> Storage Vessel: M M.V.E. hbdel HCSH-1500 conforming to the ASME code `or <br /> pcessure vessels, Section VIII� Diviaion 1. <br /> Piping: All vaporizers, safety devicea, regulatoca, �nifolds, and <br /> interconnecting piping cane prrassertbled ar.d mounted on the same <br /> skid as the container and conforms to ANsz 8-31.3, chemical plant <br /> and refinery piping. <br /> 3.2 SITE IACATION <br /> The hydrogen container location was reviewed on November 10, 1989 for <br /> confornance to NEPA 508, 1989 Fdition, WAC 296-24-31505, and the Uniform <br /> Fire Code, 1988 Edition. The system meets or exceeds all distance <br /> cequirements. We pcopose to enlarge the concrete sucface area outside of <br /> the container storage site to ensure that all piping on the mobile delive�y <br /> equipment is located over concrete. <br />
