The only Boeing Col property draining to
the Fluke site is the 700 foot wide are north of the north perimeter
road, which now has a storm runoff of 3.6 cfs to the east swale which
drains into Lake F, the major detention facility for the Fluke P1fg. Co.
Phase I development. From the design calculations for 20th Ave. lJest
,,xtention, the existing 18 inch concrete pipe crossing under 20th Ave.
West has a capacity for 12.3 cfs which will allow a discharge fo 11.6 cfs
frm Lakc "A".
The visi*.ors road and parking area drain to another exsiting 18 inch
concrete pipe ci•ossing 20th Ave. West. The existing runoff af 0.4 cfs
was held in designing the required underground pipe storage volume and
control orifice.
The storm system draining to the entrance frotn 20th Ave. West is connected
to the existing system in 20th Ave. West at J.fi. ;6 (Sta. 6+82.jEryCrRr
than to J.B. N9 (Sta. 10+82.80) , due to the relocation of the en rancP —
road. The allowable discharge was computed as the minimum 3ierenve'"TT
between the existing 12 inch pipe capacity and the calculated ptpe'lbbl;
some 0.6 cfs.
NOV. 8 1
700 Iloyd bldg., seattle, wa 98101 (206) 622-5822 ^ ,
anchorage los angeles porfland seattle
• • .
