Our clienu live on properties adjacent to property now under development <br /> by Mr. William Rucker. <br /> The Seldens and Bargreens are concerned that this project will result in <br /> destabilization oi the slope to the south of Laurel Drive; that there will be <br /> inadequate access for fire equipmenr that Sevenich Drive (which hac apparently <br /> been abandoned by the City) will not be maintained; that this environmentally <br /> sensitive area wil! be destroyed; and, that tra�c will be substantially increased in the <br /> ' immediate vicinity. For all these reasons, we have been :sked to carefully review <br /> ' � the project and the approvals to date, and to encourage the City to strictly apply its <br /> building code so that the adverse impacts of this project are minimized. <br /> To that end, I would appreciate the opportunity to meet with you or your designee <br /> at the earliest opportunity to discuss this project.
