There <br /> are no other houses a pubGc facilities accesse�off this portion of the right of way. <br /> However,the unmaintained pcxtio�of the access is a drawing cazd for illegal dumping in <br /> , the adjacent ravine, and this dumping has condnued inspite of the new"No Dumping" <br /> + signs installed along the maintained portion of th.:access.
