Extreme dampness in habitable rooms. Walls, at a height of two feet <br /> from the floor, are hlack with mold and mildew. <br /> 2. General dilapidation and improper maintenance of the structure. <br /> 3. The foundation lacks adequate and required crawl space. <br /> 4. Wood members within the foundation and floor are rotted and set closer <br /> toqether than the six inch separation requirement. <br /> 5. There is dampness in the fou:dation area. <br /> 6. The roof of the structure leaks. <br /> 7. Roofing members aze rotted and deteriorated. <br /> 8.
