The approval was granted based on the proposal <br /> of the Applicant as submitted io the City Planning Department. Subseguent to lhe <br /> decision, the Applicant has altered the approved design and deleted the second story <br /> as originally depicted in lhe plans. According to the City in a memo submitted to the <br /> Hearing Examiner on March 21, 2005, ihe height of the garage will actually be <br /> decreasea. <br /> Accordingly, the January 31, 2005 decision is hereby amended ar�,i approval is granted <br /> for the new design to be cons!ructed consistent with the plans that have been submitted <br /> to lhe City. Also, condition #1 (stated below) of the Hearing Examiner decision is <br /> hereby deleted. <br /> 1.
