Unfortunately, we must deny your request based on Section 3-193(1) of <br /> the City of Everett's Design and Construction Standards(copy attached). <br /> Your proposed driveway is not 20 feet from your existing driveway and is not 6 feet from the <br /> adjoining lot's driveway. Furthermore, if you were to combine your two driveways on 5"' Street, <br /> as it looks like you would be doing,the total driveway would exceed 20' as allowed by code. <br /> I am preparing a permit for installation of the sidewalk along 5'" Street that you had noted on <br /> yoiv original plot plan.
