PROJ�T DESCRIPTION <br />� ;.� , <br /> ^ Mr. Langus provided us with an unreferenced and undatad aurvey of his propertY. Boundaries, <br /> easements, and topographY are deazly labeled on the plans. Mr. Langus also provided us with <br /> - an over lay sketch detailing the proposed building envelope and setback from the street. In <br /> conversation with Mr. Langus, we understand the lot is to be developed into a single family, <br /> � wood framed, residence with a daylight basement and crawl spaces. <br /> -' SITE DFSCRIPTION <br /> ' t site is a lazgely trapezoidal area located at the eastern dead end of Westminster � <br /> T:�e pro�ec <br /> Circle, several miles west of Interstate 5 in Everett, Washington. The lot lies west and adjacent <br /> to Mr. Langus' current residence, 904 Westminster Circle. The lot, approximately 'k acre, lies <br /> at the end of a cul-de-sac, and is bound by developed lots on two sides.
