Upon reviewing the submittal, <br /> Planning determined the following corrections are needed: <br /> 1. Please provide a site plan, 11" x 17" in size and 1"=20' minimum scale.The site plan should clearly show the <br /> location of the proposed wall and, at minimum,the following standard items: <br /> a. Property address <br /> b. North arrow and scale <br /> c. Property lines <br /> d. Lot dimensions <br /> e. Location of existing/proposed buildings, structures, parking, etc. <br /> f. Location of existing utilities <br /> g. Public right-of-way, including sidewalk and street <br /> h. Building/structure setbacks from all lot lines <br /> Note: An useful tool to assist in creating a site plan, is to utilize the City's MapEverett Interactive Tool, here: <br /> https://gismaps.everettwa.gov/apps/MapEverettDE/ <br /> Also, for additional clarification, the "End Elevation" on Page 2 seems to indicate the new wall will extend approximately <br /> 4" beyond the face of the building; please confirm if the wall as proposed would be encroaching into the sidewalk. <br /> Upon submission of the revised plans,your application will be given priority and plan review will resume. Please include <br /> a Transmittal Sheet (available online at https://everettwa.gov/169/Permits or at the Permit Services Counter-2nd Floor, <br /> 3200 Cedar Street) with your resubmittal. You may also email me a pdf version of the site plan, if you'd prefer.
