Port Gardner Bay Outfall Replacement Agreement <br /> drawings of the constructed Joint Use Facilities as a condition of final <br /> acceptance. <br /> 11.2 Construction <br /> 11.2.1 Prosecution of the Work <br /> 11.2.1.1 K-C shall direct the Construction Contractors and any construction <br /> management contractors on the Joint Use Facilities. Neither the City <br /> nor the PRT shall directly instruct the Construction Contractors or <br /> construction management contractors. <br /> 11.2.1.2 K-C shall monitor construction progress and costs and shall prepare and <br /> submit to the PRT monthly reports describing the progress of the <br /> physical work and the financial status of the.point Use Facilities. K-C <br /> may retain consultants or hire additional staff with expertise in <br /> construction management. Such consultants or staff shall track and <br /> report the total costs to date against the contract price on a monthly basis <br /> and shall track and report to the PRT the financial, construction and <br /> physical progress of the construction of the Joint Use Facilities. <br /> 11.2.1.3 To manage the construction and avoid disruptions, delays or claims, K- <br /> C and the Construction Contractor will use critical path method <br /> schedules which will be frequently and periodically updated. <br /> 11.2.1.4 The PRT may inspect, review and comment on the progress of <br /> construction, and attend construction, design, planning or permitting <br /> meetings during the course of the work.
