3. For the two additional units, special charges for connection to the sewer and water <br /> systems in accordance with Ordinance 1998-94 and subsequent revisions are applicable. <br /> The actual charges shall be computed by the Public Works Department per the ordinance <br /> in effect at the time of building permit issuance. <br /> 4. Additional school mitigation fees must be paid to the Mukilteo School District for the <br /> two additional units. A receipt of such payment must be provided to the Planning <br /> Department prior to issuance of a building permit. <br /> 5. For the total of 220 units, a minimum of 422 parking stalls is required. <br /> 6. The proposal must comply with all other City Code and Ordinance requirements <br /> including those not specifically set forth herein. <br /> 7.
