WA 98203 6 tZ t Cc-) <br /> Subject: Site Visit at 5005 23'd Ave W: Everett, WA 98203 <br /> SDA Project# 7773 <br /> Dear Jera. <br /> At your request, this office visited the subject site to investigate the removal of an existing fireplace. and revised <br /> roof framing, by removing four posts supporting roof beams on all sides of the fireplace, (see photo's l - 4). <br /> The attached calculations show that the (2) ridge beams at the flat roof area, running east and west, must be <br /> upgraded to a glu-lam 3 1/2 x 11 ',/a (24f-v4). (see the attached partial roof plan). <br /> The roof beam located at the east side of the fireplace, must also be upgraded to a glu-lam 3 i/2 x 18 (24f-v8). <br /> A 6x6 DF#1 post is adequate for load.
