Berg, seconded by A4r, Graff and wtanimously carried to grant the applicant's <br /> request for the follov,�ing reasons: <br /> L There are er.ceptional circc tances applying to the subject property ihat <br /> do not apP�Y Yo other properties in the same vicinity; specifically, the <br /> original garage that vaas built at the same time the residence was con- <br /> structed is too small for today's standard size automobile. <br /> 2, Granting the variance will not be deu'imcutal to the public welfare or injurious <br /> to other properties in the vicinity. <br /> 3.
