Mr. Ingram, Mr. Champion and Mr. Dickeon were <br /> present. Mr. Graff was absent. <br /> The reading of thc minctes of the April 3, 1972 meeting was d:spensed with. <br /> A hearing was held on the application of Mr. C. W.
