The <br /> Uniform Building Code provides that all petmits expire by limitadon if the work authoriud by <br /> the permit is suspended or aband�ned at any time after work is commenced for a period of 180 <br /> days. If you wish to prevent the permit from expiring without documentation of completion, you <br /> may: <br /> 1) Request an inspection of work that has occurred,to document continuing progress, <br /> or 2) Request final inspection if the work is completed, <br /> or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension. <br /> Please respond within 10 days.
