I <br /> (77 <br /> OFETT <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4741 <br /> A RESOLUTION for waiving the public bidding requirements and for the sole source purchase <br /> from Coastline Ford Tractor of one (1)Numac 60 AHD side boom and head assembly. <br /> WHEREAS, only the Numac brand brushcutter assembly has been able to withstand the rigorous <br /> use required by the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, Coastline Ford Tractor is the only authorized distributor for Numac brushcutter <br /> assemblies in our area; and <br /> WHEREAS, this purchase is authorized on the 1999 approved vehicle replacement list; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT that this equipment is legitimately limited to a single source.
