� <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4740 <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the City Clerk to begin advertising <br /> the Linetree Timber Sale #124-4 and to authorize the call for bids <br /> for this timber sale, as required in ordinance number 1741-90. <br /> WHEREAS, under the FERC license for stage two of the Henry M. Jackson <br /> Project, the co-licensees were required to develop a Wildlife Habitat <br /> Management Plan (W.H.M.P.); and <br /> WHEREAS, the required W.H.M.P. was completed and approved by the City on <br /> September 30, 1987; and <br /> WHEREAS, ordinance number 1741-90 establishing the procedures for selling <br /> timber was approved on October 10, 1990; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF EVERETT that the timber in the Linetree Timber Sale #124-4 is declared <br /> surplus and the City Clerk is authorized to call for bids on the Linetree Timber <br /> Sale #124-4 as required in ordinance number 1741-90. <br /> Councilmember IntroduResolution <br /> ng <br /> PASSED and APPROVED this 7th day of April , 1999 <br /> Council President / <br />
