The foundation plan does n�t show any openings from the garege to the space between <br /> the garage and the house, nor does it show a "buck-ouY'for tfie two personnel doors <br /> shown on the elevations. <br /> 3. Provide dimension on foundation plan for the distance from tfie house to the garage. <br /> 4. Provide floor p�an for garage, the space between the garage and the house, and the <br /> house adjacent to the addition. Label all spaces for their proposed use. Show all framed <br /> walls, doors, windows a;�u any uther openings. <br /> 5. Provide all dimensions on the Floor plan. <br /> 6. When alterations, repairs or additions requiring a pertnit occur, individual dwelling units <br /> shall be equipped with smoke alarms as required for new dwellings, per R314.3.1 and <br /> R314.1 and R314.3. <br /> 7. Label all drawings, sections and details. Number pages sequentially. Specify square <br /> footage of all spaces. <br /> 8. Footings cannot extend across the property line. <br /> 9, Provide detail(s) for one-hour fire-resistive construction of the west wall of the garage <br /> (protected from both sides). <br /> 10.
