The plans as submitted do not meet the prescriptive requirements for latere� brecing. Provide details for alternate braced wall panel (ABWP) per R602.10.3.2 or poital frame with hold downs (PFH) per R602.103.3 or provide laterel analysis prepared by a licensed Washington State structural engineer. 2. The foundation plan does n�t show any openings from the garege to the space between the garage and the house, nor does it show a "buck-ouY'for tfie two personnel doors shown on the elevations. 3. Provide dimension on foundation plan for the distance from tfie house to the garage. 4. Provide floor p�an for garage, the space between the garage and the house, and the house adjacent to the addition. Label all spaces for their proposed use. Show all framed walls, doors, windows a;�u any uther openings. 5. Provide all dimensions on the Floor plan. 6. When alterations, repairs or additions requiring a pertnit occur, individual dwelling units shall be equipped with smoke alarms as required for new dwellings, per R314.3.1 and R314.1 and R314.3. 7. Label all drawings, sections and details. Number pages sequentially. Specify square footage of all spaces. 8. Footings cannot extend across the property line. 9, Provide detail(s) for one-hour fire-resistive construction of the west wall of the garage (protected from both sides). 10. The section drawing of the space between the house and the garage is not complete.
