Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utllides, Planning or Fre). Ali references refer to the <br /> (2009 Intemational Building Code,) (2009 Intemational Residential Code,) as amended by the <br /> State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2009 Edition, and adopted by the <br /> City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it wfll be necessary to <br /> provide the Buflding Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br /> corrections requested. <br /> 1. Provide revised site plan. Show location of proposed garage on revised site plan. <br /> Remove references to existing structure. <br /> 2. The plans do not clearly define the placement of the proposed garage. Specify north, <br /> south, east and west elevation on elevation drewings. <br /> 3. Provide building section specific to this building. Show dimensions of finished grade to <br /> top of slab, top of slab to top of top plate, top plate to top of roof and overall height <br /> based on height calculations. (Show average height on elevation and section views.) <br /> 4. Construction �roiections, openings and penetrations of exterior walls of dwellings and <br /> accessory buildings shall comply with table R302.1 IRC as amended by the State of <br /> Washington. <br /> (Exception: Detached garages accessory to a dwelling location within 3 feet of a lot line <br /> are permitted to have roof eave projections not exceeding 4 inches.)
