Berths required by this section shall be a minimum <br /> of ten feet wide, thirty feet long and have unobstructed <br /> vertical clearance of fourteen feet. Berths shall be pro- <br /> vided in such a manner so as not to obstruct free traffic <br /> movement and driver vision on public rights-of-way. <br /> Access to required berths shall be from an alley where one <br /> exists. Off-street truck loading areas shall be separated <br /> = from off-street parking areas.Truck loading and unload- <br /> ,' ing areas shall be surfaced with concrete or asphaltic con- <br /> crete. <br /> E.
