alternative site designs <br /> 12. SITE DESIGN ALTERNATIVES <br /> INTENT: <br /> Three alternative site designs were developed for the North Marina project. A <br /> preferred site plan will be developed from one of these alternatives. <br /> The intent is to preserve use options outlined in Section 11, while maintaining <br /> flexibility in phasing. Location of district borders could shift but layout pattern <br /> would not substantially change. <br /> STANDARDS: <br /> 12.a. The final selected alternative will substantially represent one, or an <br /> acceptable mix, of the following three site alternative designs. <br /> 12.b. Common features. Pedestrian and bikeway circulation elements <br /> common to the three alternatives will be retained in the final alternative. <br /> 12.c.
