I <br /> Dear Mr. Little: � <br /> It has come to the City's attention that some improvement work was done on the <br /> driveway to 23J2 Wetmore. Technically this work required a public works permit, <br /> because it is work that was done within the public right-of-way. <br /> Any work done across the adjoining property owner's frontage requires the approval of <br /> the adjoining property owner. It appzars that your work encroached on the adjoining <br /> property owner's frontage by about 18". Also, improvements to this driveway should <br /> include the removal and replacement of the conerete sidewalk. It appears to be broken up <br /> due to vehicles crossing where it had not been constructed to be utilized as a driveway. <br /> Sidewalk areas where vehicles cross them must be up sized to six inches thick instead of <br /> fourinches <br /> An adequate resolution to this problem would be for you to remove the asphalt that is <br /> within the adjoining property's frontage.
