An inspection was conducted and listed below are <br /> some of the deficiencies noted �ursuant to the Uniform Code tior the Abatement of <br /> Dangemus Buildings. These dehciencies may be sufficient to declare the building to be <br /> dangerous. <br /> l. The brick wall on the north side of the garage have partially collapsui. Other <br /> portions of the wall are ready to collapse and thereby injure persons or damage <br /> property. <br /> 2. There is no structural support for the northwest section of the roof. Without the <br /> required support the roof may coll�ose. <br /> 3. Supports for cross sections of the roof framing members have been destroyed. <br /> 4. The building is an attractive nuisance to inquisitive minors in the neighborhuod. <br /> 5.
