This structure will be <br /> specifically remodeled for the protection and safekeeping of <br /> valuable records, legal documents, equipment, misc�:llaneous <br /> valuable properties like jewelry, and for the safekeeping of <br /> valuable bulky items such as artwork, which requirea large vaulte, <br /> or large deposit boxes . <br /> The total building area contains approximately 33,000 sf and also <br /> has ground level Retail/office space available. <br /> Areas available offering High Security 2,488 sf <br /> Areas available offering Medium Security 11,215 sf <br /> Areas used for circulation, mechanical and <br /> ' electrical equipment, parking and .to control 14,293 sf <br /> access <br /> . Office/Retail space available 4,808 sf <br /> Areas are being developed for lease or purchase, on a first come, <br /> first serve basis and may be custom designed for the specific <br /> � needs of Government Agencies or private business. <br /> Constructed in the 60's to house telephone switching equipment, <br /> the structure is ideally suited for security, with its heavy <br /> concrete construction, limited access and fire protection systems. <br /> Basement Vault No. 1 (the High Security Vault) , is located below <br /> qround level, has perimeter double reinforced walls more than 14" <br /> thick, 5 .5" reinforced concrete ceilings and limited access. <br /> Basement Vault No. 2 (Medium Security Vault) , is partially located <br /> below grade and has 10" thick walls, 5.5" reinforced ceilings and <br /> limited access. All other medium security areas have a minimum of <br /> B" concrete walls, concrete ceilings and limited access. Floor <br /> � load design exceeds 150 lbs. per square foot in all areas.
