This structure will be <br /> specifically remodeled for the protection and safekeeping of <br /> valuable records, legal documents, equipment, misc�:llaneous <br /> valuable properties like jewelry, and for the safekeeping of <br /> valuable bulky items such as artwork, which requirea large vaulte, <br /> or large deposit boxes . <br /> The total building area contains approximately 33,000 sf and also <br /> has ground level Retail/office space available. <br /> Areas available offering High Security 2,488 sf <br /> Areas available offering Medium Security 11,215 sf <br /> Areas used for circulation, mechanical and <br /> ' electrical equipment, parking and .to control 14,293 sf <br /> access <br /> .
